Site Auth & Members: Isolated frontend accounts
Flino Core strictly separates backend operators (users table) from frontend site members (site_members table). Each site domain has its own isolated member directory, sessions, and custom JSON properties (e.g., company, phone, taxId).
Out of the box, members can sign in via zero-config Email OTP (6-digit code / Magic Link) or email + password.
Tiered visibility & B2B dealer approval
- Tiered content visibility: Mark any Collection or Item as public, members_only, or tier:<name> (unauthenticated visitors see only title + summary)
- B2B registration approval: Hold new B2B signups in pending status until approved and assigned a dealer tier in admin
- Unified member hub (/me): Automatically aggregates a member's comments, form inquiries (items.memberId), and matching e-commerce orders
Spam-protected Forms & multi-site domains
Any Collection in form mode with allowPublicSubmit enabled exposes a Turnstile-protected submission endpoint that routes inquiries straight to your CMS inbox.
A single private Flino Core instance can host multiple independent sites by domain. Add extra site quotas anytime for +$19/yr/site (or +$69/yr for a 5-site pack) with zero extra Cloudflare server cost.
